Refund Policy

General Policy
Payments made for services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to engagement. We encourage clients to review all project requirements and proposals carefully before making payment.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- •Service was not delivered as per the agreed scope of work
- •A written refund agreement was made prior to payment
- •Technical failure on our part preventing service delivery
Cancellations
Cancellations made before project commencement may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative costs already incurred. Cancellations after project work has begun will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us in writing at info@insurecloud.in with your project details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
